What Parent Life 365 Is

Parent Life 365 is a modern school-family engagement, communication, and operational workflow platform. It is designed to help schools, families, PTOs, and booster clubs coordinate communication, payments, forms, and administrative tasks — not to function as a payment processor, bank, or financial institution.

Who Uses Parent Life 365

Parent Life 365 is a school engagement and operational platform designed for families, teachers, school administrators, district leaders, and parent organizations (PTOs, booster clubs).
By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or a student using the platform with a parent or guardian account linked to yours.
Student accounts for children under 13 are created and managed by their school. Children under 13 do not independently create accounts.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

Parent Life 365 is for lawful, school-related communication, management, and operational purposes only.
You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, or bully students, parents, teachers, or school staff.
You may not attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other users.
You may not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or scrape the platform.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and notification to the applicable school or district.

Payments & Financial Transactions

Payments made through Parent Life 365 are for school-related fees, activities, and authorized fundraising only.
Payment transactions are processed securely through enterprise-grade payment infrastructure partners. Parent Life 365 does not directly process card or bank data on its own servers.
Transaction fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the time of payment. Paid membership plans may reduce or eliminate transaction fees.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the individual school, district, or parent organization.
Parent Life 365 does not charge families for basic platform access. Optional paid plans are available to remove transaction fees.
Parent Life 365 is not a bank or financial institution. Payment processing is powered by PCI-compliant infrastructure partners.

Privacy & Data

Your use of Parent Life 365 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We are committed to protecting student privacy in accordance with best practices aligned with FERPA and COPPA.
Schools and districts retain ownership of their student data. Parent Life 365 processes data on their behalf.
We do not sell personal data or student data to third parties or advertisers.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Parent Life 365 is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for content posted by users, including messages between parents and school staff.
School administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate student and staff records within the platform.
Parent Life 365 is not a substitute for official school communication channels for emergencies or critical safety matters.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for platform services in the past 12 months.
